Delivery Information

• We ship all in stock orders within 24 hours (working hours Mon-Fri). Excluding Bank Holidays. Any orders placed after 2pm UK time may not be dispatched the same day.
• DPD & FedEx is usually delivered next day, but on some occasions there are delays. Please refer to your tracking details.
• Next day delivery excludes weekends. Therefore, if you order on a Friday, your order won’t be delivered until the Monday. If you order at a weekend, your order won’t be delivered until Tuesday.
• If you require your order by a certain date, please ring us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Stock Shortages

We aim to keep disruption to a minimum however we are currently experiencing stock shortages and shipping delays due to Brexit and Covid related issues. We will keep you informed as accurately as possible of any lengthy delays with your order.

Please allow additional days for bespoke, special order and out-of-stock items.

UK Mainland Shipping

Delivery charges are calculated within the shopping cart software. At present, all website orders over £100 are delivered free of charge within the UK Mainland and we reserve the right to choose the appropriate method of shipping. Orders under £100 are charged at £6+VAT for postage and packaging.

Overseas Shipping

We ship worldwide on a daily basis!

Please add your items to the cart and enter your delivery information for overseas shipping to be calculated.
