Servicing and Repairs to your device
Welcome to Sorbus International’s Hi-Tech Service and Repairs Portal! We offer servicing and repairs for Hi-Tech equipment including IML Resi-PD & Resi-F, PiCUS and Haglof devices.
Resi-PD & Resi-F (Electronic)
Service/Calibration – £570+VAT. Resi will be shipped to Germany. 3-4 week turnaround.
Repairs – Prices will be quoted once the device has been inspected. Carried out at the Sorbus Repair Centre in the UK. 1-2 week turnaround.
Resi-F (Non-Electronic)
Service/Calibration – £410+VAT. Carried out at the Sorbus Repair Centre in the UK. 1-2 week turnaround.
Repairs – Quoted once the device has been inspected. Carried out at the Sorbus Repair Centre in the UK. 1-2 week turnaround.
PiCUS & Haglof equipment
Repairs – Quotation provided once device has been inspected. PiCUS devices are shipped to Germany & Haglof devices to Sweden. 3-4 week turnaround
Getting your device to us
Regarding getting the device to us for service, there are three easy options:
- Send the device using your own courier. Our address is: Sorbus International Ltd, L1-L3 Marshall Way, Commerce Park, Frome, Somerset, BA11 2FB.
- £25+VAT – Standard collection. Device placed in it’s transport case. Case wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a cardboard box. Please note: Sorbus cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the courier if suitable packaging is not used.
- £45+VAT (Resi-PD only) – Have a bespoke spacesaver box with protective foam inserts & returns label shipped to you. You then pack the Resi-PD in the box, attach the returns label and notify us the box is ready for collection. This option is fully insured by Sorbus.
