Candidate Profile:

???? Demonstrated excellence in both theoretical and practical aspects of arboriculture.

???? Must possess a minimum of 3 years practical experience in the field of arboriculture. Qualifications such as Aerial tree cutting, Tree climbing and aerial rescue, Aerial tree rigging, Stationary Rope Work Position (SRWP) and rescue are highly desirable.

???? Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively without being overbearing.

???? Strong relationship-building capabilities, a positive outlook, and a team-oriented approach.

???? Highly motivated, self-driven, goal-focused, and resilient.

???? Customer-centric with a penchant for autonomous work and a keenness for continuous learning.

???? Must possess a basic level of IT skills, to use Microsoft Office, our software systems and Excel spreadsheets.
