The Airpower XR22, from HAIX, is a safety boot that offers comprehensive, durable protection to the wearer, without compromising on comfort. Adhering to EN 20345:2011, the XR22 features an anatomically formed and ultralight protective toe cap made of fiber-reinforced plastic for the highest safety requirements, giving the boot an S3 safety designation and protecting against injury from falling objects with an impact of 200 Joules. A GORE-TEX inner lining offers excellent breathability, waterproof protection – and enhanced protection against chemicals. The abrasion-proof anti-slip sole retains excellent grip, offers enhanced toe-to-heel support and superb thermal insulation, making it ideal for cold, icy conditions. The outer sole is also resistant to heat, oil and gasoline. The XR22 also benefits from the HAIX Vario Wide Fit System, whereby the width of the shoe can be individually adjusted by 3 different insoles, allowing you to get the most comfortable fit – while the HAIX Climate System uses the pumping motion of your steps to circulate air and keep your feet fresh in all conditions.
