Given the circumstances we face ourselves and the rest of the world in, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Sorbus International would like to advise you that we are currently still operating.
We have implemented measures at our premises such as hand sanitiser to use before entry, we are asking you to follow government guidelines and not to come to our offices or store if you are showing symptoms such as a cough or high temperature. To reassure you as a customer, we are asking our staff to do the same.
As we are sure you can appreciate this is a constantly evolving situation and we will keep you informed if any disruption to our service may be encountered. Our courier DPD is still operating, however should a business be closed they are unlikely to re attempt delivery and your order may get redirected back to us.
There is a high chance that due to some of the large manufacturers being forced to close worldwide that stock levels could be interrupted, we will of course keep you informed of any potential delays with your orders.
